EMRLD Aesthetics was founded by Irish Bautista, NP-C, and Erika Navarro, NP-C, two experienced nurse practitioners who shared a vision of creating a different kind of aesthetics and wellness experience—one that combines medical expertise, personalized care, and a genuine commitment to helping patients look and feel their best.

As EMRLD grew, Irish and Erika collaborated with Dahlia Nguyen, RN, and Linhda Nguyen, RN, who joined them as co-founders and brought their own experience, perspective, and passion for patient care to the practice. Together, the four women have helped shape EMRLD into a modern, patient-centered destination for aesthetics and wellness.

Our services bring together medical aesthetics, advanced skin and laser treatments, and wellness care under one roof. From Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, and facial rejuvenation to advanced laser and light-based treatments such as IPL, ClearLift, and laser hair removal, our goal is to enhance your natural features while keeping your results balanced and uniquely you.
